Simple Lemonade

Ingredients

3 lemons

50gs sugar

550 mls water


Method

  • Tip 3 lemons, 50gs sugar and 550 mls water into a food processor and blend until the lemon is finely chopped.

  • Pour the mixture into a sieve over a bowl, press through as much juice as you can. Top up with the remaining water, taste for sweetness, adjust if necessary and serve with plain ice or frozen with slices of lemon and lime.

  • If wanted to you could add crushed strawberries/raspberries to sweeten and colour the lemonade.
